Katsiroubas Bros. holds quality control as a fundamental value
It is the duty and responsibility of Katsiroubas Bros. to receive and to distribute products with food safety being of the highest importance.
Katsiroubas Bros. rebuilt their facility in 2004 with a focus on food safety and HACCP compliancy. The new plant allows for complete temperature control from point of entry into the facility through to shipping the product to customers. All products are shipped from one of 27 refrigerated and well-maintained trucks. The facility provides Katsiroubas Bros. with a foundation in which to receive, store and ship products.
The organization also maintains in depth and thorough programs in which to train employees and provide traceability for all products distributed by Katsiroubas Bros.
To ensure these programs are up to date with today’s standards, Katsiroubas Bros. enlists a third party to audit the organization’s food safety practices on an annual basis. Katsiroubas Bros. has scored excellent ratings on third party audits from Cook & Thurber, Primus Labs and Steritech.
